Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping — estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
• USPS — delivery times vary by destination

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at taylie@summitstationery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
